Happy Easter!

All late like, I know. Life is just insane around here with school and all, so blogging kind of falls by the wayside. Sorry about that.

The day before Easter, we went to an egg hunt at a church near our house. They do the hunt every year, and Dad took Reese last year, so we decided to go again. They divide the egg hunts into age groups (birth-3 years, Pre-K to Kindergarten, 1-2nd grade, 3rd-4th grade, 5th-6th grade), so the little kids don't get trampled by the big ones. Thank God. She enjoyed it, got some good candy, and also got the cats new cat toys (plastic easter eggs make awesome cat toys if you have hardwood floors).

Sunday, we went up to D-ville to visit my mom's side of the family, like we do basically every Easter. We did an egg hunt there too, also with plastic eggs, because with Mom and me being in college, dyeing eggs just fell by the wayside. Reese enjoyed it just the same. She was helping Caroline, our 2 year old cousin, find eggs. That was probably as much fun to Reese as looking for the eggs. She likes "babies".

Reese actually had 2 Easter dresses this year. One we didn't get any pictures of her in, and then there's the bunny dress in the above pictures. We got that at Cracker Barrel for 50% off, when we stopped there on the way up to D-ville for Easter. It's soft, and Reese loves it. :D
