3 Month Gotcha Day

Gotcha Day! May 28, 2007
With us 1 month! June 23, 2007 (actually- the Gotcha Day anniversary was June 28)

2 months with us! July 28, 2007

3 months with us! August 28, 2007

Today is our 3 month anniversary of our Gotcha Day. It's so hard to believe we've had her 3 months. It seems like forever, even though it's been such a short period of time. She's grown so much, and has learned so much, and can do so much that she either couldn't or wouldn't 3 months ago.

I'm sorry if I repeat any of the "new" things she can do:
the tune to "Jesus Loves Me"
the tune to "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star"
"ducky"
'Bastian (Sebastian is my aunt's cat)
"money"
"Wal-Mart"
count from 1-10 in English and Chinese with hand signs
"thank you"
"you're welcome"
"take a shower"
"outside"
"MINE!"- used quite frequently :)
"chocolate milk"
"candy"
"panda"
"bunny"
"pillow"
"camera"
"take a picture"
"Give me hug!"
she does these kissy lips reminiscent of a chimpanzee
"Love you"
"ball"
"go home"
"bath"
"Davidson"
"pizza"
"bird"
"potty"
she can pretty much dress herself
she can put on her own socks and shoes (although the shoes end up on the wrong feet half the time)

What a huge change since Gotcha Day! Reese has come so far in such a short time. She is such a "fit" for our family! God knew what He was doing making us endure that long wait that we weren't sure why we were having.

Love you guys!
your big sis, Michelle

So when does the removal of the port wine stain start?

Can't believe it's already been 3 months. The summer has flown by.

Yeah, we're still dealing with the shoes on the wrong feet issue and Eriks is almost 4. I don't know why that boy can't get his shoes on the right feet since he knows left & right.
