This is a promo video made by China Care, the foundation that took care of Reese and got her treatment for her special needs before we got her. The Shanxi Orphanage they show you in the video is what the Taiyuan orphanage used to look like. I'm not sure exactly when that was, or when it was repaired, but I know it is better now. Reese spent the first 2 months and the last week approximately of her life without a forever family there.
