Aunt Dixie's Wedding

Family shot: Back row: Mom, Dad, Scott (the groom), Papa Jim, and Uncle Jeff
Second row: Aunt Jill, Aunt Dixie (the bride), Granny Barb, Aunt Mandy, and Baby Caroline
Front row: Justin, Reese, and myself (Monica)

Hopping after the ceremony

Checking out Dixie's ring

Playing with our cousin, Justin (he was hiding a paper clip from her)

"Dueling Cameras" as Mom calls it. I took a picture of Reese, she'd take a picture of me. LOL.

Our aunt Dixie got married on Saturday, and I was the photographer. It was a nice wedding. The church was pretty, the ceremony was short, sweet, and to the point, and it wasn't outdoors (we had a heat index of over 100* F on Saturday). Reese did very well. She never really melted down, and it was a 6 hour drive round trip to and from the wedding.

I dont typically comment on other peoples blogs, but I zoomed in on the family picture to get a good look at everyone, and that baby, Caroline is SO skinny! Is there somethign wrong with her? Her little legs look like twigs. I am so sorry if this offends you, but from looking back at your blog she is at least 4 or 5 months old. I would think she would be a little chunkier than that, especially looking at her parents and brother.

Look at beautiful Reese! Monica, I can't wait to see your professional pics! Can't believe you have nothing on the blog yet about being accepted to the Art Institute at Colorado! Way to go girl! Proud of you! You are going to make an awesome photographer - well you already are!

Love ya!
