We re-adopted Reese today. She now has an Arkansas certificate of foreign birth. So her birth certificate now lists Mom and Dad as her parents, and we won't have to worry about digging through China for a new birth certificate if we needed it (scary thought). It was small and relatively painless. Anyway, now we can apply for her Certificate of Citizenship.
